These Terms govern use of the SilkWayGo website, mobile application and available services.

SilkWayGo is a digital marketplace connecting travellers with independent travel companies. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the partner publishing an offer organises and supplies that tour.

Users must provide accurate information, protect account access and notify us of suspected misuse.

Descriptions, itineraries, availability and special conditions are supplied by the partner. Review material conditions before submitting a request.

Submitting a request does not always mean automatic confirmation. Confirmation depends on the booking status and the relevant partner’s response.

Payment method, amount and conditions are displayed during booking or agreed with the partner. Payment functionality depends on methods currently available through the platform.

Partners are responsible for accurate offers, required permissions, service quality and actual delivery of the advertised services.

Users are responsible for accurate details and for visa, border, health and other travel requirements applicable to them.

SilkWayGo does not guarantee an independent partner’s conduct or circumstances outside the platform’s reasonable control. Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The SilkWayGo interface, brand and original materials are protected. Partner materials remain the responsibility of their rights holders.

Fraud, service interference, unauthorised automated collection, infringement of others’ rights and unlawful use are prohibited.
